Each of claim requests is subject to deductible:

Total loss from theft: you will be required to pay a deductible up to 5% of the insured sum (minimum Rp 1,000,000).
Total loss from traffic accidents: you will be required to pay a deductible up to 5% of the insured sum (minimum Rp 1,000,000).
Total loss from typhoon, storm, hail, flooding, and landslides: you will be required to pay a deductible up to 10% of the insured sum (minimum Rp 500,000).
Total loss from earthquake, tsunami, and volcanic eruptions: you will be required to pay a deductible up to 10% of the insured sum (minimum Rp 500,000).
Total loss from riot, strike, civil commotion, terrorism, and sabotage: you will be required to pay a deductible up to 10% of the insured sum (minimum Rp 500,000).
Total loss from personal accident: NIL
Total loss from third party liability: NIL
