Basic Compensation - (Bukalapak Extended Warranty)

a    This policy cover payment of damages for damage or loss to insured Electronic Goods in the event of mechanical or electrical failure, in accordance with the insurance policy coverage.


b    When electronic goods suffer damage or loss caused by the above types of coverage, then the Insured will get repair of the unit (spare parts and service costs) to its original condition.


-    For damages or losses that can be repaired, REPAIR will be carried out by paying compensation in the amount of repair service fees, replacement costs for spare parts.

-    REPAIR can only be carried out at an authorized service center designated by the manufacturer / distributor.

-    For damages or losses that cannot be repaired, or damages value more than 75% of invoice value, a REPLACEMENT will be made with a new unit, which has the same brand, type and model or equivalent, provided that the Insured will bear the difference between the new unit price and indemnity value.

c    The maximum amount of compensation is Sum Insured Coverage during the insurance period.


d    Manufacture Warranty is applied first before the warranty extension insurance program begins.


e    The coverage will stop if :


-    the policy period has expired or


-    the payment of compensation has reached the Sum Insured Price during the policy period or


-    after one replacement has occurred, whichever event applies first.

f    In this coverage there is a maximum limit of reimbursement in accordance with the policy period.
