Exclusions - (Bukalapak Extended Warranty)

1	Direct or indirect loss or damage caused by earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and storms.	11	Any legal liability for third parties that may arise from insured property.
2	Losses or damages that occur directly or indirectly through or as a result of Strike, Riot, Commotion, wars, invasions, acts of enemy aliens, feuds (either with the announcement or announcement of war) or other similar incidents.	12	Further losses as a consequence of loss or damage to the insured property.

5	Loss or damage caused by direct or indirect by or arising from radioactivity, explosive properties, or other dangerous properties of nuclear fuels (including fusion or nuclear fission reaction materials).	15	Loss, damage or loss of insured property caused by fraud or hypnosis.
6	Losses or damage arising from errors and / or intentional actions of the Insured, members of the Insured's family and people who work for the Insured.	16	Losses for loss of insured property caused by forgetfulness, loss of memory or just disappearing.
