Claim Procedure - Tokopedia Gadget Protection

Filing a claim is done through the Tokopedia app with the following steps:

1. Select the transaction/product for which you want to file a claim

2. Click "Submit Claim"

3. Click "Continue to Claim Submission"

4. Follow the appearing steps
