Please check your email inbox, and find Policy Activation email from Igloo. Just simply tap "Claim Now" and you will be directed to Igloo Portal. After you get inside Igloo Portal, you have to complete these following steps:
1. Answer 5 questions for Igloo identify your device's damage;
2. Answer question about the time of incident;
3. Answer question about the location of incident;
4. Answer your preferences location for repair.
5. Answer question about your device's warranty.
6. Take photos of your damaged device.
