Claim Procedure - (Bukalapak Transit Insurance)

Step 1 :
If the goods is damaged or lost during delivery, you can make a claim by looking at the Purchase Details on the Transactions tab in Bukalapak application. Select the item you want to claim, then click the Claim button.


 

Step 2 :

The system will direct you to the Igloo page to submit a claim, check the item you want to claim, then select Start Claim.


Step 3 :
You can fill in the details of the claim in the form of details of the loss/damage.


Step 4 :

Then, you can choose to pay claims via Bank Transfer or e-wallet.


Step 5 :

If you have filled in all the required information, you can read the applicable Terms and Conditions. Tick on I agree to all statements for filing a claim. Then, select Submit Claim.
