Claim Procedure - (Bukalapak Goods Insurance)

Claim submission can be accessed online by filling out the virtual form with the following steps :


  1. Visit the claim submission portal which can be accessed through the purchase details in the Bukalapak account.

  2. Choose the type of insurance according to the incident/loss to submit the claim.

  3. Complete the required data and documents.

  4. Claim submission will be processed a maximum of 5 working days after the data and claim documents are completed.

  5. If the claim is approved, the Insurer will provide an address for the User to send the damaged item.

  6. Users can provide information related to bank accounts/e-wallet accounts for sending insurance funds.

  7. The Insurer will send insurance funds in a maximum of 3 working days, if the Bank account/e-wallet account information has been completed and the damaged item has been received by the Insurer or a party appointed by the Insurer.
