Igloo cooperates with Bukalapak to provide Marine Cargo for Returned Goods from Buyer's address to Seller's address.
In the event of goods purchased need being returned to Seller because of discrepancy delivery reasons as stated below, Insurer here on agree to pay claim of such shipping cost incurred to the insured for the shipping cost incurred from Seller to Buyer and also from Buyer to Seller.
Reasons for discrepancy delivery are as follows :
1. Damage not due to shipping.
2. Production defects/ pre-existing damage.
3. Product incomplete and missing parts
4. Not in accordance with the specifications of the goods purchased.
5. Not fit in Size.
