- Complete the claim filing documents a maximum of 7x24 hours after confirmation that the return of goods has been received by the seller.
- The results of the claim submission analysis will be decided within a maximum of 3 working days after the documents are completed.
- Reimbursement will be given a maximum of 3 working days after the claim approval decision and Bank account details have been completed.
