Claim Procedure - (Bukalapak Return Insurance)

  1. Submit a complaint regarding the non-conformance of the product received, through the purchase history on the Bukalapak website/application within a maximum of 7x24 hours from the time the product is received.

  2. Complete the claim filing documents a maximum of 7x24 hours after confirmation that the return of goods has been received by the seller.

  3. The results of the claim submission analysis will be decided within a maximum of 3 working days after the documents are completed.

  4. Reimbursement will be given a maximum of 3 working days after the claim approval decision and Bank account details have been completed.

        


       Documents :

  1. Insurance policy.

  2. Proof of purchase of goods.

  3. Photo of discrepancy delivery of goods (from 3 different angles)

  4. Return receipt

  5. Bank account detail
