For total lost, the coverage will be as invoice value, that is price of goods and shipping cost (excluding insurance costs).
For partial lost, the coverage is for partial items which not received by Buyer which caused of the items is lost. The amount that can be refunded is the price of the partially lost item along with the postage adjusted (pro rata) to the weight of the item lost (not including insurance costs).
For total lost, the coverage will be for physically damage caused of delivery process, not the functional caused of the item. The amount that will be refunded is the price of the damaged goods plus shipping costs according to the weight of the damaged product.
