Exclusion - (Pet Insurance)

Here are the summaries of the exclusion of Pet Insurance:

1. The policy does not cover the death of a pet in the following circumstances:
- If the pet is killed intentionally by the insured person
- From food poisoning
- After giving birth or during pregnancy
- If the pet is in animal care or quarantine
- Due to illness or disease
- Death that occurs within the first 30 days from the start date of the insurance period for any reason.


2. Medical expenses or hospitalization due to diseases are not covered, including:
- Canine Parvovirus or hepatitis, distemper, rabies and others. Refer to the policy for a full list of exclusions.

 
3. Loss of pet in care or quarantine is not covered, including theft when the pet is in animal care and/or quarantine.


4. Legal liability to third parties is not covered for:
- Loss suffered by a person who has a family relationship or is in the same household as the insured and/or people employed by the insured.
- Damage to property belonging to the insured or third parties due to the pet.
- Body injury and/or death due to rabies.


5. Losses due to unexpected events are not covered. This includes but is not limited to:
- Riot, strike, lock-out, brawling, civil commotion, revolution, civil war, war, hostilities, treason, terrorism, sabotage, looting and others. Refer to the policy for a full list of exclusions.

 
6. Losses due to nuclear reactions are not covered, including:
Nuclear radiation, ionization, fusion, fission, and radioactive contamination.
