- Insured pet must be between 0 and 14 years old.
- The policy only covers accidents that occur in Indonesian territory where you are allowed to bring pets. Please refer to your policy for a complete list of covered locations.
- Reports of any accident must be made in writing within 3 x 24 hours of the accident/loss with complete documents.
- Payment of claims will be made to the insured within 14 (fourteen) working days after the claims packet is completely received.
- If your pet is sick, documentation of the sequence of events must be made to assist with your claim.
